do reviews good reviews influence you to buy things on the internet?
For me it depends on what type of item im buying. If its a video game or a movie then i wont care about the rating because thats opinion. But stuff like tv’s and other electronics matter on the reviews part. When theres only one product to buy i just buy it if i need it.

For consumer electronics, reviews are critical. Amazon is a great place for this. Try Newegg as well. In most cases, if an item has more than 30 reviews, the general consensus is fairly accurate. If a product seems good, scan the one and two-star reviews. In general, lower-star reviews for good products occur because the user either had a bad experience with shipping, or doesn’t understand how to use the product he/she bought. The better a product is, unless it’s brand new, the more reviews it will have… especially on Amazon.
I agree with you on video games and movies- I don’t pay attention to those reviews until there are 100 or more.
