Employee wages and insurance? As business owner what do I pay to full time/part time employees in California?

I’m purchasing business. I need to know, what do I have to pay besides WorkComp in order to employ Part time and Full Time employees. This is a restaurant located in San Francisco, CA.

    Union or non-union? San Francisco is a big union town. You will have to pay employment taxes that will run about 13% of payroll including tips. Employees will expect free or reduced price food.

    You may also have to supply some kind of helath insurance for your employees.
